Event 1
Participation: The event involved 69 citizens, including 39 participants from the organization Balkien (Greece), 8 participants from the organization VAMOS (Cyprus), 6 participants from the organization Veramente Orte APS(Italy), 3 participants from the organization Development Center of Vojvodina (Serbia), 4 participants from the organization Aktiivinen Eurooppalainen Kansalainen Suomi Ry (Finland), 1 participant from the organization Smart Communication! (Latvia), 2 participants from the organization IRSIE (Poland), 2 participants from the city of Jevisovice (Czech Rep.), 2 participants from the city of Amt Trittau (German), 2 participants from the city of Pedreguer (Spain).
Location / Dates: The event took place in Kalamata (Kalamata, Greece), from 11/11/2021 to 15/11/2021.
Short description: The aim of the event was to carry out a Steering Committee meeting, creating a management and training group in order to establish the project among local communities. The main topic of the Steering Committee was to discuss the creation and activation of new groups of volunteer citizens that act to promote Europe, to contrast misled information and Euroskepticism, and to gather racommendations and points of views of local communities.

DAY 2 - Presentation of partner organizations, Visit to local civic organizations and guided tour to Androusa castle
DAY 3 - Coffeestorming: pinward on citizens engagement methodology for swot analysis. Presentation of FACES project and of the methodology for citizens panels. Guided tour of Kalamata.
DAY 4 - Organizational meeting: planning of next event "Training of citizens panels activators", planning of local launch events and swot analysis.
DAY 5 – Departure of delegations.
Event 2
Participation: The event involved 129 citizens, including 89 participants from the organization Aktiivinen Eurooppalainen Kansalainen Suomi Ry (Finland), 9 participants from the organization VAMOS (Cyprus), 5 participants from the organization Balkien (Greece), 8 participants from the organization Veramente Orte APS(Italy), 6 participants from the organization Development Center of Vojvodina (Serbia), 3 participants from the organization Smart Communication! (Latvia), 1 participant from the organization IRSIE (Poland), 4 participants from the city of Jevisovice (Czech Rep.), 2 participants from the city of Amt Trittau (German), 2 participants from the city of Pedreguer (Spain).
Location / Dates: The event took place in Heinola (Heinola, Finland), from 04/11/2022 to 08/11/2022.
Short description: The aim of the event was to carry out a joint training for the Citizens’ Panels Activators.
Day 1 - arrivals of the delegations, registration of participants, presentation of the Europe For Citizens Programme and of the training schedule.
Day 2 - Visit to Heinola city center and team building. SWOT analysis presentation. Workshop pt. 1: Introduction to the citizens' panels and role of activators. Brainstorming on tools for active citizenship. Group work on Community Events.
Day 3 - Cultural activity in Lahti. Workshop pt. 2 at Asikkala Campus: Training on the role of activators "Motivate trough non-formal activities" – Exercitation of the “Circle talks” practice and overview of the "8 breathes of process architecture" as a metodology for citizens panels. Day 4 - Visit to the Jyränkölä settlement. Analysis of best practices. Workshop on disinformation and fake news. Cultural activity in the woods and dinner sauna brainstorming on the event’s assessment.
DAY 5 - Community stakeholders mapping. Self assessment activity. Path Canvas and Vibrant Community building exercises. Greetings and departure of delegations.
Event 3
Participation: The event involved 135 citizens, 81 participants from the organization Development Center of Vojvodina (Serbia), 11 participants from the organization VAMOS (Cyprus), including 4 participants from the organization Aktiivinen Eurooppalainen Kansalainen Suomi Ry (Finland), 10 participants from the organization Balkien (Greece), 12 participants from the organization Veramente Orte APS(Italy), 4 participants from the organization Smart Communication! (Latvia), 4 participants from the organization IRSIE (Poland), 6 participants from the city of Jevisovice (Czech Rep.), 1 participants from the city of Amt Trittau (German), 2 participants from the city of Pedreguer (Spain).

Short description: The aim of the event was to carry out an International Meeting of Civil Society Organizations Volunteers, to inform them about the project and train about the methodology of Citizens’ Panels.

Event 4
Participation: The event involved 181 citizens, including 120 participants from the organization Veramente Orte APS(Italy), 16 participants from the organization VAMOS (Cyprus), 9 participants from the organization Development Center of Vojvodina (Serbia), 4 participants from the organization Aktiivinen Eurooppalainen Kansalainen Suomi Ry (Finland), 4 participants from the organization Balkien (Greece), 6 participants from the organization Smart Communication! (Latvia), 8 participants from the organization IRSIE (Poland), 8 participants from the city of Jevisovice (Czech Rep.), 2 participants from the city of Amt Trittau (Germany), 8 participants from the city of Pedreguer (Spain).

Short description: The aim of the event was to carry out an international meeting of the Citizens’ Panels. Several Group Works have been carried out on specific topics.
Day 1-Arrival of delegations. Guided tour on Veramente Orte sites: Orte Sotterranea. Registration of participants Presentation of program. Team building.
Day 2 - Groupwork 1 "Active EU citizenship- participation of Youth in Cso". Groupwork 2 "Mechanism-How to be an detive Ev citizen". Integrational activities at Medieval Festival.
Day 3 - Groupwork 3 "How to comunicate the Eu" - Participation in the Medieval Parade and archery tournament.
Day 4 - Groupwork 4 "How to foster media literacy and correct use of information". Conclusion. Draft of the "Preserving citizens' participation in the European political life" declaration.
Day 5 – Conclusion. Draft of Catalogue of key messages. Departure of delegations.
Event 5
Participation: The event involved 97 citizens, including 55 participants from the organization VAMOS (Cyprus), 15 participants from the organization Veramente Orte APS(Italy), 4 participants from the organization Development Center of Vojvodina (Serbia), 2 participants from the organization Aktiivinen Eurooppalainen Kansalainen Suomi Ry (Finland), 6 participants from the organization Balkien (Greece), 3 participants from the organization Smart Communication! Short description: The aim of the event was to carry out the Final Project’s Conference of Steering Committee and Panels’ Activators.

Day 2 - Presentation of FACES results by Panels’ Activators. Fishbowl conversations "Follow-up and sustainability of citizens' panels"
